RETURN TO HISTORIC YBOR CITY
OFFERING SPECIAL TREATS FOR MOTHERS ON MOTHERS
DAY
(Ybor City –
Tampa, Florida) – Historic Ybor City is the
place to be on a beautiful spring weekend,
Saturday, May 8th and Sunday, May 9th when the
Main Street Arts & Crafts Show returns to
Centennial Park (corner of 9th Avenue & 19th
Street). The weekend show will not only feature
its usual artists, crafters and the Ybor City
Fresh Market, but will also feature activities
for mothers and entire families to enjoy!
The park will also
host the show’s annual spring Plant Sale,
cooking demonstrations from area chefs and
makeover demonstrations that mom will especially
enjoy. On Sunday, May 9th, the first 250 mothers
to the park will be treated to complimentary
flowers, compliments of Ybor City’s Island
Flowers.
While Mom is
strolling the park, enjoying the vast array of
arts and crafts such as wind chimes, wood work,
candles, soap, jewelry and so much more,
children can enjoy the sidewalk chalk art
contest and visit the Children’s Creative Corner
to make a special Mother’s Day gift! The Main
Street Arts & Crafts Series also welcomes the
weekly Ybor City Fresh Market, featuring the
freshest produce, baked breads, herbs and more!
