HISTORIC YBOR CITY WELCOMES
THE SPRING ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL AND MOTHER’S
DAY
(Ybor City – Tampa, Florida) – Saturday, May 8th
and Sunday, May 9th Historic Ybor City hosts the
return of the annual Spring Main Street Arts &
Crafts Show. Main Street salutes all mothers on
their special day and all weekend long as
artists and crafters present their unique works
offering something for the entire family!
Centennial Park will be filled with the hustle
and bustle of both the Main Street Arts & Crafts
Show, featuring over one hundred artists and
craftsmen, and the Ybor City Fresh Market,
featuring the freshest produce, baked breads,
herbs and more! The park will also showcase the
annual spring Plant Sale, featured only at the
May show as well as cooking demonstrations from
area chefs and makeover demonstrations
especially for Mom to enjoy.
Saturday will feature live jazz music for your
strolling enjoyment and Sunday will offer
special Mother’s Day activities for children to
participate in. Children may enjoy participating
in the sidewalk chalk art contest and/or visit
the Children’s Creative Corner to make a special
treat for Mom.
The fun-filled spring event takes place from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday.
Centennial Park is bordered by 9th Avenue on the
North, 8th Avenue on the South, 19th Street on
the east and 18th Street on the West. Admission
is FREE and parking is FREE!

the Main Street Arts & Crafts Show on behalf of
the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce. The May Show
is the first of three annual shows with the
upcoming dates being September 18th and 19th and
November 20th and 21st.
